I was raised in a small town in Ohio. I Graduated high school in 2013. Following schooling, I knew I was destined to live by the ocean and create art. I decided to packed my car and move to the South and chase my dreams of combining art and business!

I attended Paul Mitchell the school Fort Myers, Florida where I graduated on the Dean’s List with also earning honors in Color, Cutting, and Texture. I was behind the chair in Fort Myers for several years when I took another huge leap. I moved my career to Central Florida in March of 2018. For the past ten years, I have been perfecting my craft and I am now building my “Bee Hive” in Oviedo Florida.

Strandz Salon, is where I am currently located. I specialize in lived-in color (balayage/foiliayge) and hair extensions. I am certified with Olaplex and in Waterfall Beaded Row and Bellami Professional extensions. I offer many services including extensions, color, haircuts, chemical treatments, facial waxing, and more!

I have been blessed with many opportunities including traveling for beauty pageants, destination weddings and working for ‘Dillards, Paul Mitchell” fashion shows. Traveling to further my education in hair extensions and color. I am always eager to stay up to date on all of the current hair trends.

Makenzie Beauty LLC has been one of the most amazing accomplishments I have achieved, and this is just the beginning! I am so excited to see where the beauty industry leads me.
